To also provide the highest ease of use and flexibility the BrightQuiz data is stored in XLSX Excel files (versions since 2007). These file can also be created and edited with other office suits like OpenOffice, Libre Office etc. Each file is called a "Topic&quit;since you can have e.g. one file for your geography class, one file for your history class and one file for learing French.
The Excel file needs to contain one sheet which looks like this:

name=German Class, Year 1

Lesson 1: Colorsgreengrün
Lesson 1: Colorsblueblau
Lesson 2: AdvancedtimeZeit, Frist, Uhrzeit

You can just create/edit the table in your office suite (e.g. Excel) and then save the file to your mobile phone. When you click on &Change Topic" in the BirhgtQuiz app you can choose the XLSX Excel file and start the quiz. BrightQuiz also saves your knowledge status in a file. It is places in the same location as the XLSX Excel file and has the same name, but the ending ".BrightQuizStatus" (Example "German.xlsx" will have the status file "German.xlsx.BrightQuizStatus". Usually you don't need to worry about this, but keep it in mind when you're creating a backup of your data or putting your data to another phone. Also make sure to rename the file if you change the file name of your XLSX Excel file.
